I spend most of my life managing … teams, technology, customers, schedules, diy projects at home, chickens … and most of the time enjoy it all. I’m inspired by different countries and their cultures, climbing mountains, scuba diving in far flung places, cheering the England rugby team, great music, conversation with open minded folk, and the impact of technology on society, particularly the web.
My qualifications? A BSc in Physics and an MBA, which means that I enjoy understanding how things work and having an overall perspective of company operations and strategy. My real world qualifications are experience in sales, business development, company directorship, technical delivery, customer service delivery, team leading, hiring (in UK and India), presentations, chairing meetings, project management … and most of it spent in an ecommerce software environment.
